Experteer Overview In this role, you contribute to the R&D; team by designing embedded hardware and firmware for chiller/A2 W control systems. You’ll work across hardware and software to deliver a competitive controller while coordinating with cross‑functional teams. You’ll ensure compliance testing and produce technical documentation. Retribuzione / Benefits Design and develop embedded hardware including PCB schematics and layout for control boards Develop and maintain embedded software (firmware) for microcontrollers using MATLAB/Simulink Select and evaluate electronic components (microcontrollers, power devices, etc.) Perform hardware and software debugging, signal analysis, and troubleshooting with oscilloscopes and related tools Conduct system‑level testing and validation for EMC, safety and internal standards Collaborate with mechanical, performance, planning, QA, and Factory teams to bring new products to market Prepare technical documentation for design, testing, production, and user instructions Management of supplier timelines, costs, and alignment with internal schedule and quality guidelines Responsabilità Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Computer Engineering, or related field Experience with Matlab/Simulink for control design, simulation, and modelling Hands‑on hardware debugging and measurement instruments (oscilloscope, multimeter, power analyser) Knowledge of analog and digital circuits, especially motor drive, switched‑mode power supply, communication circuits Embedded C/C++ programming and RTOS knowledge Knowledge of Modbus and BACnet communication protocols English upper basic level Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to work in cross‑functional teams Requisiti fondamentali Training and development opportunities Flexible working hours High Work‑Life Balance International work environment Equal opportunity employer
