About the role
We are looking for a Services Project Manager for PLM, MOM and low‑coding platform implementations to join our Professional Services organization. As the primary general contractor in Italy, your projects must align with customer satisfaction and contractual requirements.
Key responsibilities
* Engage with multiple diverse customers, predominantly in the machinery and consumer industries
* Manage time, information and turnkey projects for medium and large accounts, applying corporate methodologies and practices
* Build a multilevel project plan to fit customers’ needs and deliver within budget on contract and desired outcomes
* Define project roles and responsibilities and work closely with Customer, Presales and Sales teams to set scope and objectives
* Track projects in terms of activities, timing, costs and risks, preparing and maintaining activity and time reports
* Promote customer relationships, involving the customer regarding project status and approving significant achievements, especially contractual milestones
* Communicate project milestones and status updates to all concerned parties and manage escalations following the correct processes
* Incorporate insights gained from recent projects into the execution of new ones
Qualifications
* Proven experience as Project Manager in enterprise IT projects, preferably on PLM, MOM or ERP platforms
* Degree (or equivalent) in Engineering or Economics
* PM certification such as PMP or Prince2 (required)
* Strong interpersonal skills in Italian and English (B2 level or above, both spoken and written)
* Self‑motivated, prompt and assertive, with very good time‑management skills
* Calm and collaborative work under pressure, comfortable with change and complexity in dynamic environments
* Ability to identify problems, generate solutions and choose appropriate alternatives using basic root‑cause analysis
* Flexible to travel at least 70% of the working time (company car will be provided)
