As part of the Customer Development department, the role involves the responsibility of a number of point of sales (POS) representatives of Hyper and Super universe. Based on 5Ps assessment, He/She will be in charge of challenges / opportunities on each POS assigned to increase sell out and SOM.
Key Responsibilities:
* Reduce Out of stock level Guarantee Assortment compliance in POS Fast distribution of innovation and new products
* Work in partnership with store managers in order to increase CP Share of Shelf, Share of Market and Placement
* POP Material Implementation at shelf/out of shelf
* Negotiation and implementation of promotional area and Shopper events
* Alert on competitor activities
Education/ Experience and Key Requirements:
* Bachelor or Master Degree (Business Administration, Economics or equivalent)
* Short prior experience (i.e. stage) preferred
* Fluent in Italian and English (oral and written)
* Driving License
Location: Italy, City Bergamo or Brescia
Contract:Temporary max 12 months
