A key player in major global strategic programs, it is a technological and industrial partner for Governments, Defense Administrations, Institutions, and businesses.Within the **Space Division **, for the Quality organizational unit, we are looking for a **Junior Product Assurance Manager ** for our office in **Rome – Via Faustiniana. ****The person will be responsible for the following activities: *** Work within the IPT for all aspects related to quality assurance. * Identify and analyze contractual and/or internal requirements related to quality aspects. * Execute flow-down of relevant contractual and quality requirements through the Product Assurance Requirement Document. * Verify adherence to requirements in the respective Product Assurance Plans of the various companies/suppliers. * Monitor and ensure the application of assurance requirements throughout the project lifecycle. * Actively participate in project reviews for risk identification and management, in coordination with the various owners. * Support the management of anomalies and non-conformities. * Participate in progress meetings on quality aspects and in the validation of Engineering and Program milestones. * Reporting on the progress of all matters related to Product Assurance. * Participation in audits, critical elements, non-conformities, and alerts for relevant aspects. * Monitor the correct execution of verification actions and compliance with related requirements within the Project/Program logic. * Report metrics that identify the health status of the project (Development, Procurement, Manufacturing & Supply Chain, and In-Service) and the adherence of all functions to company processes. xivgfpx * Ensure the effectiveness of fault identification and reporting, defect analysis, and implementation of corrective actions. **Educational Qualification: *** Master's degree in STEM (preferably Aerospace, Electronic, Mechanical, Management Engineering, or Physics) **Required Experience Level: *** Junior: 1-3 years of experience in the role **Technical Skills and Knowledge: *** Company regulations and processes (BMS) * Applicable International Standards (ECSS, MIL, etc.) * Reference standards for Quality Assurance (ISO etc.) * Functional, implementation, documentation, management, etc. aspects of a product * Technological Processes * Reliability, Maintainability, Testability, Safety Techniques * Configuration Management Methodologies * Standards and Methodologies for testing, controls, and acceptance * Electrical and mechanical measurement and monitoring devices * Interpretation of metrics * Mandatory laws (CE, REACH, etc.) **Behavioral Skills: *** Internal/external customer orientation * Proactivity * Flexibility * Problem Solving * Results-orientation * Team working **Language Skills: *** English (minimum B2 level) **Computer Skills: *** Office Automation Tools: MS Office, PowerPoint, MS Project * SAP **Other: *** Availability for national and international travel **Seniority: **Junior **Primary Location: **IT - Roma - Via Faustiniana **Contract Type: **Permanent **Hybrid Working: **Hybrid
