Your Role
We are seeking a dynamic Sales Executive specializing in air and sea freight to boost our presence in Italy.
Responsibilities
- Provide adept support and consultation to both new and existing customers.
- Strategically cultivate business growth by nurturing customer relationships and securing lucrative new ventures.
- Develop tailored requirement profiles to meet the specific needs of each customer.
- Engage in negotiations to establish favorable contract terms and conditions.
- Keep a vigilant eye on market trends and competitors.
- Maintain accurate records and utilize CRM tools effectively.
- Collaborate closely with Pricing, Procurement, and Operations departments to ensure seamless operations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor Degree.
- Demonstrated track record in sales within the air and sea freight industry.
- Proficiency in English, accompanied by excellent communication skills.
- Strong customer-centric approach with the ability to work independently and in a target-oriented manner.
- Team player with adaptability, dedication, and a proactive mindset.
