Ph3About the Role /h3 pAs a bSystem Engineer /b, you will be part of an engineering team based in Bologna and will initially collaborate with our RD team in Sweden to gain in-depth knowledge of our solutions. /p pUltimately, you will be responsible for driving the execution of advanced material‑handling robotic technologies in Sicily. /p pIn this role, you will be the key interface between the customer and the engineering team, taking the lead in troubleshooting, system startup, and issue resolution. You will collaborate with RD teams to ensure that customer feedback is effectively integrated into the system, driving continuous improvement and performance optimization. /p pMain responsibilities will include: /p ul liLead the deployment of systems at customer sites, ensuring proper installation, testing, functionality, and user training to guarantee seamless operation; /li liProvide advanced technical support to customers, addressing and resolving complex hardware, software, and control system issues both on‑site and remotely; /li liTroubleshoot and diagnose technical problems, collaborating with RD engineers to identify root causes and implement effective solutions; /li liWork closely with RD system engineers to understand new developments, system upgrades, and feature enhancements, while providing feedback from the field to drive continuous improvement; /li liEnsure that all technical support documentation is up‑to‑date, organized, and accessible for both internal teams and customer use; /li liMonitor system performance using diagnostic tools and software, implementing preventative measures to improve reliability and minimize downtime; /li liIdentify opportunities for system optimization and improvement, contributing to the enhancement of both current and future systems. /li /ul h3What you need to be successful /h3 ul liBachelor’s Degree in Robotics, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent, and at least 5 years of relevant professional work experience; /li liStrong understanding of system engineering principles, robotics, and automation technologies; /li liExperience in programming languages, C/C++ or Python, will be considered a plus; /li liFluency in the English language, both written and spoken; /li liHigh availability to travel; /li liStrong attention to detail and well‑structured approach; /li liInterest in industrial production and desire to learn about new technologies; /li liStrong communication skills; /li liAbility to work independently and collaboratively. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
