We are recruiting for the position of Field Service Site Supervisor for our Poultry Division. In this role you will be responsible for the on-site installation of our Poultry Solutions. This role plays a key part in the installation of our solutions to ensure that work is carried out according to JBT Marel specification, project plan and to customer satisfaction.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Extensive in-house technical preparation and planning with project team.
* Supervise installations at our customers worldwide.
* Maintain control of project planning.
* Work closely with the JBT Marel project team, customers and local sub-contractors.
* Manage customer expectations throughout the project.
* Clearly communicate project plan, technical instructions and feedback to JBT Marel.
* Ensure reporting in a timely manner and according to JBT Marel policies.
* Report on safety concerns and incidents to management throughout the project.

What Kind of a Person Are You? / Qualifications
* Proven experience in supervising on-site installations, with strong technical know-how.
* Ability to schedule, prioritize, and oversee work activities based on project demands, equipment volume, and personnel capabilities.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills to coordinate with colleagues, customers and contractors.
* Strong commitment to workplace safety, with the ability to identify, report, and follow up on safety concerns in accordance with company policies.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
* 3 – 5 years’ experience in a similar role; experience with and comfort working in a multi-cultural, multi-discipline organization is an advantage.
* Willingness to travel regularly and work abroad (about 60% of the time).
