Job Title: HR Intern
Department: Human Resources
Reports to: Director of Human Resources
Job Overview:

The HR Intern will support the Human Resources team in delivering a seamless, elegant, and people-centric service across all HR functions. Basic Requirements Qualifications:
* Academic degree or currently pursuing studies in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
* Previous internship experience in HR or hospitality is considered a plus
* Fluent in Italian and English (both written and spoken)
* Strong interest in luxury hospitality and people management
Primary Job Functions Administration Duties:
* Support daily HR operations, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of all employee records
* Maintain and update HR databases and filing systems in line with company standards
* Assist with employee documentation and communications with local authorities when required
* Support onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth and professional experience
Recruitment Duties:
* Assist in screening CVs and coordinating interviews
* Support the organization of recruitment activities and internal events
* Contribute to maintaining an updated and structured candidate database
* Participate in the coordination of “First Encounter” sessions and interviews
General Activities:
* Uphold and promote Bvlgari’s commitment to excellence and quality
* Support internal HR projects (e.g., training calendars, engagement initiatives, grooming standards)
* Assist in organizing orientation sessions for new hires
* Contribute to internal communication initiatives and employee engagement activities

* Ability to manage multiple tasks with a high level of precision and discretion
