The Role
We are looking for a motivated and analytical Junior Data Analyst to support business performance monitoring and data-driven decision-making across the organization.
The role will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data from multiple sources to provide actionable insights and support business stakeholders. The Junior Data Analyst will work closely with Retail, Sales, Marketing, GTM, and Finance teams to monitor key performance indicators, sales trends, stock levels, promotional activities, and overall business performance.
This position has a direct impact on reporting accuracy, business planning, operational efficiency, and the identification of opportunities to improve retail performance and commercial results in Italy.
Main Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and analyze data from multiple sources.
- Prepare recurring and ad-hoc reports for business stakeholders.
- Monitor retail business performance indicators and support KPI tracking.
- Analyze sell-in and sell-out performance across retail channels.
- Track sales performance by product, model, retailer, region, and promoter.
- Monitor stock levels, inventory aging, product availability, and replenishment trends.
- Support retail visibility and merchandising performance analysis.
- Develop dashboards and data visualizations.
- Identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities through data analysis.
- Support forecasting and business planning activities.
- Collaborate with Retail, Sales, Marketing, GTM, and Finance teams.
- Monitor promotional campaign performance and support ROI analysis.
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency across reports and systems.
- Assist in process automation and reporting optimization initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Engineering, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or related fields.
- 1-2 years of experience in Data Analysis, Business Analysis, Reporting, or similar roles.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, Power Query, advanced formulas).
- Good knowledge of Power BI, Tableau, or similar Business Intelligence tools.
- Basic knowledge of SQL.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Fluent Italian and good English communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Power BI dashboard development.
- Knowledge of Python or R for data analysis.
- Experience working with large datasets.
- Understanding of retail, sales, and commercial KPIs.
- Experience in consumer electronics, retail, FMCG, or telecommunications industries.
- Knowledge of sell-in, sell-out, stock management, and retail performance metrics.

Salary Range
- RAL: €25,000 - €28,000 based on experience and skills.
