Your Role
We are looking for an energetic International Talent Acquisition Subsidiary to join our HQ Talent Acquisition Team in Cesena (Italy), who will work closely with the business leaders in our subsidiaries, to attract and select the best people in the market, to effectively implement the business strategy, and build a great Technogym culture. In this role, you will also play a crucial role in building/enhancing overall Technogym employer branding awareness and developing a network with key talent communities for short/long-term opportunities.
Your Impact
* Identify the most effective recruiting channels and manage the overall recruiting process for junior, mid, and senior profiles across several business functions
* Liaise with HR business partners and business leaders in the subsidiaries to gain insight into short/mid/long-term business needs and talent challenges
* Use data-based evidence to address hiring manager expectations about the labor market and recruiting process
* Define strategic initiatives to build up external talent pipelines
* Recommend continuous improvement to practices, processes, or policies to advance the Talent Acquisition function
* Provide support to the Hiring Manager on the Talent Acquisition processes and practices
* Participate in global projects to support the delivery of the overall Talent Attraction strategy
* Support the development of innovative Employer Branding and Talent Attraction strategies, establishing long-term relationships with best-in-class University and school partners
* Act as a true Technogym brand ambassador, defining and implementing communication to increase employer brand awareness in the market
About You
Ideally, you are passionate about working out, enthusiastic and proactive, while also down-to-earth and ethical. You have exceptional interpersonal, team-building, and communication skills, with a strong customer service mindset.
What you should bring:
* Master's Degree, preferably in Human Resource Management, Economics, Psychology, or a similar field
* 5-7 years’ experience with the full-cycle recruitment process, preferably within multinational companies and international hiring efforts.
* Knowledge of selection techniques, recruiting strategies, channels, and assessment tools and methodologies
* Expertise in using ATS and talent relationship management tools (SuccessFactors knowledge would be a plus)
* Knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter, LinkedIn Talent Insights, and LinkedIn Advertise
* Business partnership approach & love of headhunting
* Strong teamwork and the ability to listen while influencing others
* Drive, tenacity, and a client-focused, results-oriented approach
* Fluency in English, any other language will be considered a big plus
