In Italy we have 42 Operational Bases, approximately 742 dedicated personnel and approximately 64 aircraft. We provide Helicopter Emergency Medical Services (HEMS), Search and Rescue (SAR), Firefighting (FF) Offshore and Maintenance Repair and Overhaul (MRO)
For our Rotary Wing division, we are looking for a Warehouse Operator with previous experience using ERPs, who will be responsible for logistics management, shipments/returns, and the acceptance of aeronautical parts.
Main Responsibilities:
Handle parts and components, including the use of forklifts.
Count and catalogue goods, verifying their suitability through visual and documentary inspections, using the dedicated company management systems.
Manage warehouse inventory activities, also with a view to proposing process or structural improvements.
Manage return processes and shipments for repair of unserviceable aeronautical parts and materials, from document checks to dispatch, acting as the interface with external stakeholders, both national and international.
Support the coordination of shipping activities, both through internal staff and external companies.
Requirements:
Ability to work in a team and strong interpersonal skills.
Excellent command of the Italian language (C1).
Good command of the English language (B2), both spoken and written.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (mainly Excel) and Outlook.
Knowledge of SAP or similar ERP software.
Availability for on-call shifts during weekends.
Preferred Qualifications:
Forklift license and excellent forklift operation skills.
Category B driving license.
Knowledge of regulations for the transport of dangerous goods.
