Come and join us! /ph3Position Overview /h3pAs a Sr. Design Engineer in the NVE Design Engineering Analog group at Micron Semiconductor Italia, you will contribute to the development of memory products that are best‑in‑class, using your specialized knowledge and Micron proprietary methods of designing and analyzing core and mixed circuits used in the development of memory products. /ph3Responsibilities /h3ulliDesign, implement, and validate analog and mixed‑signal circuits (e.g., charge pumps, regulators, amplifiers, ADC/DAC, bandgap, power management blocks) across the full development lifecycle. /liliTranslate system requirements into circuit architectures, specifications, and transistor‑level implementations optimized for performance, power, area, noise, and reliability. /liliPerform comprehensive circuit simulation and verification (DC, AC, transient, noise, Monte Carlo, PVT corners) including parasitic‑aware validation. /liliCollaborate with multi‑functional teams to optimize product performance, power consumption, die size, and manufacturability. /liliDevelop user documentation and contribute to build reviews, silicon validation, and root‑cause analysis activities. /li /ulh3Min Qualifications /h3ulliM.S. or Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related field. /liliProven experience in analog and mixed‑signal CMOS circuit design. /liliSolid understanding of device physics, variability, noise, reliability, and power integrity. /liliHands‑on experience with SPICE‑based simulation tools and verification methodologies. /liliStrong problem‑solving and communication skills, with ability to work in global cross‑functional teams. /li /ulh3Preferred Qualifications /h3ulliExperience in NAND Flash or other non‑volatile memory technologies. /liliFamiliarity with design automation, scripting (e.g., Python), or AI‑assisted design approaches. /liliUnderstanding of layout constraints and interaction with physical design flows. /li /ulpThe base salary range that Micron estimates it could pay in for this position full‑time is: 34.000,00 € - 57.000,00 € per year, with B2 CCNL Level. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target base pay for new hire salaries of the position. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional job‑related factors, including knowledge, skills, experience, tenure and relevant education or training.
