We are looking for an IP intern who will support the team with the following activities:
Contract Data Extraction & Database Support
* Review IP‑related contracts (licenses, R&D, co‑development, software, assignments).
* Upload clean, verified data into the official database following internal naming and QC standards.
Clause Understanding & Internal Guidance
* Develop familiarity with core IP clauses: ownership, improvements, license scope, confidentiality, indemnities, audit, termination.
* Create short Clause Sheets summarizing key concepts. Prepare concise contract abstracts where needed.
NDA Management
* Screen and first‑review NDAs based on the company playbook.
* Prepare redlines (under supervision) and ensure proper filing.
Support to the IP Team
* Support the team in the initial. Review of more complex agreements.
* Prepare short high level Position Notes on key clauses.
* Contribute to improving workflows, documentation, and naming conventions.
