The Hardware engineer, reporting to HW Manager, will be involved in Hardware development for Cooking, Dish and Inductions platform projects.
What You Will Do
* Proficient on hardware design of analog and digital circuits low voltage (LED, DISPLAY, DCDC, MICROCONTROLLER, TOUCH, COMPARATORs etc).
* Proficient on Hardware design reviews, with Electronic suppliers manufacturing during any stage of Electronic development.
* Support the HW manager during the alternative components homologation, scrupulous on components datasheet analysis, hardware debug on laboratory and HW package release.
* Proficient on Hardware documentation reviews, for both Internal and External design (Schematic, DFMEA, Datasheet, BOM ...)
* Critical thinking on HW fault and system integration issues that impact the electronic and Electrical system related to final products
* Accountable on alternative components evaluation and test plan preparation (shortage, cost reduction, quality improvement)
* Collaborate with SW team for quality improvements and for new design during debug phase
* Collaborate with System Engineer, mechanical engineer and all stakeholders involved on product /project development.
What You Need To Succeed
* Education: Electronic engineering degree
* Professional experience: 3-4 years of experience as Hardware Engineer
* Language: Italian and English
* Nice to have: SIX SIGMA, Root cause analysis methodologies, focus on quality problem solving
Technical Skills
* Knowledge of EMI issue.
* Knowledge of CAD tools for circuits simulation.
Soft Skills
* Collaborative attitude and strong commitment to collaborative work.
* Accountable to Team issues.
* Willing to be involved to many projects and change the direction according to urgencies.
Other
* Availability to travel if needed.
