OverviewWe are looking for a Finance Controller to join a dynamic Commercial Finance team within a leading media and advertising environment.Commercial Finance plays a key role in driving business performance through strong financial governance and impactful business partnering. What you'll doAs part of the Advertising Finance team, you will:Manage Budget, Long Range Plan (LRP), and rolling reforecast processes across On Demand revenues (owned and third-party) and operating costs.Monitor Brand Solutions cost expenditure and associated revenue streams.Own Advertising Opex month-end activities, providing clear variance analysis and identifying risks and opportunities.Evaluate Opex and On Demand business cases.Deliver insightful ad-hoc financial analyses, translating data into clear recommendations for decision-making.Act as a Finance Business Partner to Advertising and Commercial stakeholders, supporting them with robust financial guidance.
What you'll bring:Proven experience in Commercial Finance, including business partnering and budgeting/planning activities.Strong analytical skills, with advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and the ability to present insights effectively using PowerPoint and data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau).Experience with finance systems (SAP and Hyperion preferred).Fluency in both Italian and English.Ability to work at pace in a fast-moving, agile environment.Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to engage both finance and non-finance teams.A proactive mindset, with ambition and a strong desire to grow professionally.
