In this role you design and optimize multi‐channel marketing campaigns to drive user acquisition, engagement and leads for and its group portals. You'll analyse web/app data, translate insights into actions, and support decision‐making through tracking and market intelligence. You will collaborate cross‐functionally to drive growth, measurement accuracy, and timely insights. This is a fast‐growing, young team opportunity to shape performance marketing across Italy and beyond. Responsibilities Design and manage campaigns across channels (Search, Display, Video, Native, Remarketing, Affiliate, Programmatic) and platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Criteo, DV360). Analyse data from web/app analytics tools and advertising platforms; visualise results with BI tools and translate insights into actions. Analyse real estate market and industry trends using public data and competitive intelligence tools. Manage tracking platforms for web and app environments (Google Tag Manager, Adjust, Segment) and design tracking implementations for advertising and analytics tools. Drive growth and cross‐team projects (Tech, Product, Sales, Communication) through operational and technological improvements. Qualifications Graduate in Economics, Statistics and Engineering or equivalent experience. Analytical mindset with problem‐solving approach.
