Job Description:
Your mission
* You are responsible for our Italian customers and handle all communication
* You introduce innovative payment processes for car dealer groups and other industries
* You are responsible for training operational managers (remotely/on-site) on our product usage
* You identify potential "stumbling blocks" in the onboarding process and work with customers and colleagues to resolve them
* You manage upgrades of our solutions for existing clients
* You help to improve our product and processes through close customer contact
Your profile
* At least 5 years of experience in digital (multi) project management, with proven successful projects
* A structured, meticulous working style, even under stress: capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously
* Clear and confident communication at C-level, even in high-pressure situations
* Willingness to travel to clients
* Native or bilingual in Italian, proficient in business English, eager to work in a fast-paced environment
* Experience in automotive or software sectors is a plus but not essential
