Purpose of the position: The Ground Operations Supervisor supports and supervises all aspects of the safe, cost-effective, and punctual operations in their assigned region. They oversee daily airline operations and report to the Ground Operations Manager. Responsibilities include: Ensuring operational KPIs are met by contracted partners, with daily reports to the Ground Operations Manager. Supervising on-site operations (passenger handling, ramp handling, load control, etc.). Overseeing flight performance and assisting in maintaining quality standards. Preparing performance reports for the station. Conducting inspections and checks at airports in the region. Assisting the Ground Operations Manager with airport support tasks. Handling administrative and reporting duties. Maintaining communication with the airline's OCC. Ensuring staff compliance with procedures. Managing information displays and passenger communications regarding disruptions, rebooking, hotel, and transport services. Leading communication during special situations (e.g., no available hotels, flight delays). Performing additional tasks as assigned by the Head of Ground Operations or supervisor. We offer a 12-month temporary contract with a gross monthly salary of 1600 euros. The role is full-time with shifts, including weekends, with a guaranteed monthly schedule.
