Who we are looking for: An exceptional Career Guidance Counselor starting from August 2025, supporting our high school students.
Requirements: Fluent English (CEFR level C1-C2); EU Passport or valid Italian visa; Strong communication skills; Relevant Special Education BA or Master’s Degree.
Main tasks include: Using assessments to evaluate student interests and abilities; Providing college information; Motivating students to meet admissions requirements; Collaborating with college admissions counselors; Guiding students in career and education decisions; Organizing workshops and events; Communicating via various platforms and methods.
Desired qualities: Familiarity with platforms like Unifrog, MyEdu, U-Explore, or Naviance; Problem-solving skills; Perseverance; Ability to work under pressure; Excellent communication; Empathy; Cultural sensitivity; Critical thinking; Teamwork; Adaptability; Patience; Project management skills.
Advantages but not required: Knowledge of Italian (B2+); Experience in an international school.
Contract details: Fixed-term with possible extension; Competitive salary.
