Job Description

* From corporate seminars to wild birthdays, you handle everything from “Hello” to final invoice with energy, precision, and good vibes.
* You're the single point of contact for our clients, juggling planning, coordination, and follow-up like a pro – all while spreading the Mama spirit. You’re the go‑to person who makes Mama the place to be before events.
* You work hand‑in‑hand with every department (Culinary, F&B, Housekeeping, Front Office…) to make sure everything runs smoothly.
* You handle quotes, bookings, logistics, payments, and reporting – and you still manage to make people feel special and delighted.
* On top of that, you help grow our visibility and revenue by nurturing great relationships with agencies and companies, and by applying a smart commercial strategy.
* You keep one eye on market trends and the other on guest satisfaction.
