She/he supports the HR activities in the cluster: - Monthly payroll process: data check and reports preparation - Talent Acquisition process: support during the phases of recruitment (from the recruitment to the onboarding) - Reports and Analysis for HR related topics - Support the Employee engagement activities organization - Act as a point of contact for Tiffany & Co. internal requests Requirements: - Industry specific experience (Retail, Luxury or multi brand e.g. luxury department or Specialty Retail) is a plus - Competent at establishing & maintaining relationships at all levels - Ability to maintain strict confidentiality - Proficient in MS Office - Proficient in English and Italian (Spanish is preferred) Internship details: - Starting date: October 2024 - Duration: 6 months - Full time internship: 40h per week, from Monday to Friday - Monthly remuneration provided
