We are seeking a Sales Associate with Accommodation for a High Watches Luxury Boutique in Cortina D'Ampezzo .
The role involves working within a prestigious boutique dedicated to high-end luxury watches in Cortina, open year-round.
Responsibilities include:
* Providing personalized customer service and advice;
* Ensuring a curated and complete selling experience;
* Offering detailed storytelling of products;
* Implementing customer loyalty and CRM activities to expand the client base;
* Managing local and international VIP clients;
* Supporting the sales team and junior staff in daily operations and client management.
Candidate Requirements:
* Previous experience of 2-4 years in high-end retail, especially with luxury watches or a strong passion for the category;
* Strong customer focus and loyalty skills;
* Excellent presentation, cheerful attitude, and team spirit;
* Fluent in English.
Work Schedule:
Full-time, including weekends, with shifts based on store hours.
Contract Offer:
Permanent contract directly with the client, with prospects for long-term employment. Salary based on experience, €12 meal vouchers, attractive incentives for targets, and accommodation in a single room on-site.
