We are EVERSANA.br/pbJob Descriptionbr/bpbTHE POSITION /bb:br/b /ppThe People Partner reports to the People Director and works closely with the European and global HR team, as well as other global functions like Finance and Legal, and external partners and service providers. This role supports the HR needs of managers and employees across multiple European countries.br/ppWe are looking for a senior HR professional who combines strategic thinking with a hands-on, operational mindset. Someone who enjoys "doing" as much as "guiding," and thrives in a dynamic, fast-evolving environment. The ideal candidate is comfortable with ambiguity, resilient in the face of change, and passionate about growing in a healthy, sustainable way.br/ppThe People Partner plays a key role in enabling our growth and operations by delivering high-quality HR services throughout the employee lifecycle, implementing and reinforcing compliant HR policies and practices, and fostering a positive, engaging, and productive work environment. A strong understanding of service-based business models and client-centric logic is highly valued.br/ppbr/ppbESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:br/bbrOur employees are tasked with delivering excellent business results through the efforts of their teams. These results are achieved by:br/ppbr/pulliPartner with HR leadership to understand business needs across Europe and support day-to-day HR operations. /liliManage the full employee lifecycle: hiring, onboarding, offboarding, contract changes, compensation and benefits, absence management, employee data, compliance, and employee relations. /liliEnsure data integrity across HR systems and tools. /liliAct as liaison between Shared Services (HR, Finance, Legal) and internal stakeholders. /liliManage interactions with authorities and external providers related to CB, social security, and mobility. /liliSupport the design and implementation of competitive compensation and benefits programs. /liliAdminister HR programs including performance and talent management, recognition, morale, development, leaves, disciplinary matters, and investigations. /liliDevelop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with local laws. /liliStay current on HR trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies, including AI applications in HR. /liliSupport international mobility and relocation processes. /liliGuide stakeholders through sensitive conversations and transitions. /liliLead or support initiatives in training, diversity, inclusion, and engagement. /liliAct as an ambassador for company culture and support internal communication. /liliDemonstrate commitment to DEI through inclusive behaviors and proactive bias management. /li /ulpbr/ppbEXPECTATIONS OF THE JOB:br/b /ppbr/pullibTravel /bNormally this position will not require travel, but this requirement may vary /lilibHours /b full-time, normal working hours, from Monday to Fridaybr/li /ulbQualificationsbr/bpbMINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:br/b /ppThe requirements listed below are representative of the experience, education, knowledge, skill and/or abilities required.br/pulliMinimum of 8-10 years of previous HR operations experience, out of which 3-5 years within an international environment /liliProven working experience of employment-related laws and regulations in more than one European country: Italy is mandatory, Spain and Portugal would be ideal, any other country would be a plus. /liliFluent in English and Italian.
