Responsibilities
* Order Validation & Entry: Conduct order validations and entries.
* Order Confirmation: Confirm customer order receipt, creation, and delivery.
* Monitoring & Management: Monitor and track order statuses, managing claim cases and returns.
* Communication: Provide clear and consistent communication between customers and internal production.
* Customer Support: Serve as the primary contact for customers, including cases of issues or escalation.
* Projects & Initiatives: Support transfer projects and process improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
* Educational Background: Bachelor's Degree in Language or Economic Field; advanced degree preferred or compensating years of experience.
* Professional Experience: Specified years of customer service experience is a plus.
* Skills: SAP experience.
* Languages: Fluent-level English, French and German.
