Cleaning Team Position at the Castle

About the Role
We are looking for reliable, detail-oriented individuals to join our cleaning team. This is a key role that ensures the castle is always at its best, whether during weddings or between events. From keeping guest areas pristine to handling laundry, your work will make a lasting impact.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Refilling Mini Bars: Stocking guest rooms with beverages and snacks.
- Cleaning Guest and Reception Areas: Keeping common spaces clean, tidy, and inviting.
- Bathroom Maintenance: Ensuring guest and staff bathrooms are hygienic and well-stocked.
- Event Turnaround: Cleaning and resetting the castle between events, including vacuuming, dusting, and organizing spaces.
- Laundry Management: Collaborating with external laundry services and managing in-house laundry for specific needs, such as linens and towels.
- Special Requests: Addressing occasional guest needs to enhance their stay.
