**We are looking for a Warehouse Team Leader who will be responsible for managing the general warehouse in Assago (MI).**
**The profile is completed by organizational and planning skills, quality care, ability to delegate, leadership and team building.**
**Main duties and responsibilities**:
**GENERAL WAREHOUSE MANAGEMENT**
- **Guarantee the execution of operational logistics activities in warehouses, related to the physical handling and accounting record of goods loading/unloading movements**:
- **Ensuring the receipt of goods at the warehouse, the control vs. bubble and the proper sorting to the destination departments (interior labs, floors, storage, post office,....)**:
- **Allocating materials to the appropriate storage areas**:
- **Arranging freight shipping orders to branches, contractors and customers in accordance with shipping plans and agreed service level**:
- **Ensuring the necessary flexibility to meet non-standard requests**:
- **Coordinating operational staff's activities**:
- **Ensuring the proper management of production batches**:
- **Supporting the team that handles returns management**
- **Ensure the accomplishment of all subsidiary activities necessary to fulfil customers' orders**
- **Secure couriers' full management**:
- **Providing the call of the carriers responsible for goods' transportation to destination**:
- **Agreeing on the request for the execution of special shipments**:
- **Managing issues related to misunderstandings and reminders**:
- **Ensuring the proper management and storage of company property**
- **Check contractors**:
**Managing the operational interface with contractors (calls, pickups, requests, etc.) and ensuring accounting update of movements**
- **Manage safety**:
**The warehouse is not accessible by public transportation, so it is a basic requirement to own a car.**
