Joining us means joining a caring, responsible, and innovative company where more than 84,000 people lead the way to greener and smarter mobility, worldwide. /p pAs a Project Maintenance Engineering Manager in Savigliano, Italy, you will lead a diverse team, manage engineering activities, and drive maintenance improvements. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liManaging Project Engineering activities by delivering Engineering Work Package in compliance with the Engineering QCD commitment /li liOwns the Configuration and Design Change Management of the Project /li liManages the technical performances of the systems and provide Rex to relevant Services Platform. /li liRepresenting Engineering among project core team and manages interfaces with PrXMs and equipment Design Authorities /li liDefining and assure application of the Engineering Management Plan. /li liManaging functionally the project engineering core team (Metièrs, RAMS,…) and their commitment for the project. /li liProposes actions to optimize Maintenance plans and LCC. /li liSupports cost reduction actions. /li liDetects, defines and implements the modifications of the maintained products to improve the reliability and serviceability, in order to reduce project costs and improve the performances of the systems. /li liAssures the update of the technical documentation of the projects. /li liSupports the Product Safety management system ensuring safety risks are mitigated in a timely manner. /li liResponsible for maintenance development in accordance with European regulations for entity in charge of maintenance (ECM). /li liManages Obsolescence Plan. /li liCaptures and ensures ownership of regulations and standards to be applied. /li liInterfaces with the stakeholders in the Certification processes. /li liDevelops the work instructions and processes from the maintenance plan and maintenance manuals. /li liAnalyses the technical performances of the systems and the efficiency of the maintenance plan and processes, promoting action plans to improve them. /li liManages the technical documentation within the system and any required interface. /li liDevelops standardized tools/processes improving efficiency in maintenance activities. /li liAssures efficient parts codification in line with Platform rules: materials identification, codification process, interfaces with Alstom systems, quality and normative requirements. /li liElaborate project monthly maintenance report (contractual reliability and availability targets) /li liSet-up and follows standardized and continuous fleet reliability improvement plans, proactively surveying fleet KPI and promoting improving actions. /li liManagement of risks and savings related to the LCC /li liSearches for improvement actions in maintenance operations, performing engineering interface activities with Operations Engineers (depot support). /li liPromotes the use of latest maintenance technics and RD developments. /li liAnalyses failure criticality studies and uses RCM (Reliability Centered Maintenance) and other available methodologies to define and optimize the maintenance requirements, tasks and intervals. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liGeneral technical competencies and Knowledge of rolling stock equipment; /li liMore than 3 years of experience in railways engineering; /li liWorking knowledge of safety management systems and safety risk assessment /li liCompetencies Skills: Leadership, team working, problem solving, goal-orientation, good communication skills Ability to work independently, capacity of managing Technical risks /li /ul pAlstom is the leading company in the mobility sector, solving the most interesting challenges for tomorrow’s mobility.
