Overview We’re looking for an Account Executive. Roles & Responsibilities Project Management (60%) Coordinate with internal team to ensure deliveries are sent on time according to agreed deadlines Support in preparing proposals: research data/information, review competitors’ activities, contribute/ brainstorm ideas, allocate KPI & budget, build project timeline Work with third party/vendors/KOLs to manage, execute tasks and ensure quality on various social channels Ensure projects stay within allocated budget and timeline while achieving KPI Alert problems and propose solutions to line manager during execution Check and revise monthly and final campaign reports based on actual progress Arrange internal meetings and handle paperwork (recaps, liquidation, invoices, etc.) Administrative Tasks (40%) Be in-charge of all administrative tasks that help keep campaigns well-managed and organized (including financial and other relevant documents) Report to : Senior Account Executive/Senior Account Manager Promotion : Senior Account Executive Work Relationships Internal: YNAM Strategic Planning & Consulting; Content Creative; Other Business Units; YouNet Head Office (HR, Finance & Accounting) External: Third parties, suppliers, KOL/KOC, Talent Representatives/agencies Benefits Competitive salary, 13th month salary Annual BONUS Premium healthcare insurance 12 days of annual leave & 5 days of sick leave Performance appraisals and promotion every year Standard health check Company trip, Year end party, Team building Occasion-based offerings: Birthday, wedding, maternity Parking support Equipment for work (PC / laptop) Free in-house entertainment facilities: foosball, book tree, coffee and snacks Requirements Education Bachelor’s degree in economics, marketing, or business is a plus but not required Experience At least 6 months – 2 years working experience in an agency with the same role Experience in Social Agency is a plus Knowledge Business English Digital Marketing Social Media Influencer Marketing Skills Project management Organizational skills Multi-tasking Time-management Communication Data reading/analytic skills (a plus) Mindset / Attitude Detail-oriented, high standard in quality control Ownership and responsibility for tasks and projects Proactive, willing to learn and take feedback Hard-working To apply, please submit your information and resume as prompted in the application form.
