Octagona India is inviting applications for the role of Secretarial & Legal Associate, with experience supporting foreign companies operating through subsidiaries in India.
Position: Secretarial & Legal Associate
* Experience with XBRL? If yes, how many XBRL filings completed?
* Experience in drafting contracts? What types? Assisted or independently handled?
* Date of obtaining ICSI membership
* Experience in incorporation of foreign subsidiary companies
* Experience with FCGPR, FCTRS & FLA filings? Minimum Qualification
* Member of Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) (Mandatory)
* LLB preferred
* Experience Required - 2–4 years post qualification
* Preferably in a consultancy firm or CS / legal practice supporting multinational / foreign clients
