Ph3Role Overview /h3 pHealth Italia is building a new Medical Analytics capability within the Group IT Department and is looking for a highly skilled Senior Data Engineer to support the evolution of our data, analytics, and AI ecosystem. /p pThe role will focus on designing, developing, and maintaining scalable data platforms and pipelines that support operational reporting, business intelligence, medical analytics, automation, and future AI initiatives across the Group. /p pThe ideal candidate is a senior technical professional with strong experience in modern data engineering practices, cloud‑based data architectures, integrations, ETL/ELT pipelines, and large‑scale data processing environments. /p pExperience in healthcare, insurance, welfare, or other regulated industries managing sensitive data is considered a strong advantage. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liDesign, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines and ETL/ELT processes /li liBuild and optimize data warehouses, data lakes, and analytics environments /li liIntegrate data from multiple internal and external systems, APIs, and platforms /li liSupport the implementation of reporting, operational analytics, and business intelligence initiatives /li liCollaborate with IT, business, and external vendors on data architecture and integrations /li liEnsure data quality, integrity, consistency, and governance across systems /li liSupport cloud‑based data infrastructure and modern analytics platforms /li liContribute to future AI, automation, and predictive analytics initiatives /li liParticipate in technical architecture decisions and platform evolution /li liProduce and maintain technical documentation and data flow mappings /li /ul h3Required Skills Experience /h3 ul li5+ years of experience in Data Engineering or related technical roles /li liStrong knowledge of SQL and relational database systems /li liExperience with ETL/ELT tools and large‑scale data processing /li liStrong experience with cloud platforms and cloud‑native environments (AWS and Azure preferred) /li liExperience with Databricks and modern analytics/data processing platforms /li liExperience designing and maintaining data warehouses and analytics platforms /li liKnowledge of APIs, integrations, and data synchronization processes /li liExperience with Python and/or .NET environments is considered a plus /li liStrong understanding of data modelling and data architecture principles /li liExperience with reporting and BI environments /li liFamiliarity with security, GDPR, and sensitive data handling best practices /li liStrong troubleshooting and analytical skills /li liAbility to work independently and within cross‑functional teams /li /ul h3Preferred Qualifications /h3 ul liExperience in healthcare, insurance, welfare, or regulated industries /li liExperience with modern analytics ecosystems and AI‑related initiatives /li liFamiliarity with cloud‑native architectures and distributed systems /li liExperience working in complex multi‑system enterprise environments /li /ul h3Language Requirements /h3 ul liFluent English (mandatory) /li liItalian /li /ul h3What We Offer /h3 ul liOpportunity to contribute to a major digital transformation program /li liParticipation in the creation of a new Medical Analytics function /li liExposure to modern cloud, analytics, and AI initiatives /li liDynamic and international working environment /li liHigh‑impact role with visibility across the Group /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
