From day one, you’ll work on real projects, gain hands‑on experience, and build skills across a variety of teams. You’ll also join a supportive graduate community, benefit from a premium learning curriculum — including workshops, training sessions, digital tools, and hackathons — high challenges, and high support from mentors and senior leaders. /p pDuring your rotations in bOperations /b, you could work in areas such as: /p ul liManufacturing: Join the team that drive efficient and innovative manufacturing, supply chain, and product distribution to ensure global availability of PMI’s products. Focus on operational excellence, quality, and cost optimization across factories and logistics networks. Supports the innovation, scalability, and continuous process improvement of our transformation. One of the three rotations may include night shifts as a Supervisor role in Production. /li liFactory Services: Contribute reliable and efficient factory operations by overseeing utilities, site infrastructure, and supporting services. Support Manufacturing through proactive strategies, continuous improvement initiatives, and the deployment of advanced technologies to optimize overall plant performance. /li liEngineering Solutions: Operate within a dynamic, innovation‑driven environment focused on delivering advanced technological solutions for Operations.
