1. Provide first-line technical support to users and stores
2. Diagnose and resolve issues related to PCs, printers, email, Wi-Fi, and applications
3. Support and maintain business systems including ERP, POS, and mobile sales platforms
4. Install, configure, and maintain computers, mobile devices, and printers
5. Assist with network monitoring and report technical incidents
6. Manage user accounts, access rights, and email settings
7. Track and maintain IT equipment inventory
CANDIDATE PROFILE
8. Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field
9. Hands-on experience with Windows 10/11 and general IT troubleshooting
10. Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Windows Server, and SQL Server
11. Understanding of networking fundamentals and virtualization (VMware an advantage)
12. Experience with ERP and POS systems is a plus
13. Strong analytical mindset with the ability to explain technical issues clearly
