Contracts & Trade Payments Intern

We are the Lavazza HR Talent Acquisition Team and we're looking for a Contracts & Trade Payments Intern.
You'll join our Food Service Business Development team, at Nuvola – our HQ in Turin.
You'll support the team in performing contract management activities within sales and commercial processes.
This involves following the entire contract lifecycle, from implementing standard contract templates, through ensuring legal compliance and contract sustainability, to monitoring contract adherence to contractual agreements.
Your day-to-day activities
* Preparation of periodic reports on performance, deadlines and contract compliance
* Ensuring alignment for the correct application of contract terms and resolving any operational Issues
* Updating, archiving, and maintaining version control of contracts within CRM/SAP to ensure consistency and traceability
* Gathering information, clarifying specific contract terms, and managing customer-specific requests when needed
Who We're Looking For
* You're available for a 6-month full time internship. Starting date: January 2026
* You'll be fluent in Italian and English
* You have a Master's degree in Economics or Management Engineering
* You have a good Excel and Power-Point skills
