Position: Underwriter - Public Entities and TendersLocation: Turbigo, ItalyCompany: Risorse Professional, a company specialized in recruiting qualified Middle and Senior Management personnel, for the management of a prestigious and historic Insurance Company, is seeking:The selected candidate, within the Property Lines Division and reporting to the Area Manager, will be responsible for the underwriting of Public Entities policies and Tenders, specifically involving:Analyzing and defining proposals for risks within their delegated authority;Authorizing technical and/or tariff deviations and granting the necessary approvals;Providing Agents with solutions on specific products to propose to Clients or clauses/condition variations (technical and/or tariff) to manage Client requests;Monitoring technical performance at regional and individual agency levels to identify and analyze, in collaboration with the Agent, the causes of negative results and defining necessary technical actions to improve outcomes (cancellations and reforms).Requirements:Academic background in economic-legal subjects;At least 2 years of experience in a similar role within Insurance Companies, Underwriting Agencies, or local Agencies;Excellent knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite;Strong communication and interpersonal skills, team-oriented attitude, and a desire for professional growth.
