You will contribute to planning, executing, and optimizing promotional initiatives for the Casino vertical, with a focus on product visibility, engagement, and long-term value creation.The Online Casino Marketing & Promotions Intern will support the manager to design commercial promotions, evergreen offers and new casino games launches. The candidate will work closely with Product, Content and Marketing teams to ensure a flawless execution and a compelling promotional strategy that supports product growth and player engagement.What you'll do
Support to plan, build, and execute campaigns on the Casino vertical, focusing on high-visibility, large-scale initiatives that support game launches, feature adoption, and player engagement and cross-sell.Support the planning and continuous optimization of key and "always-on" promotions (e.g. Spin of the Day), ensuring performance, sustainability, and alignment with broader commercial goals.Partner with Product and Content teams to support the commercial launch of new games, features, or site functionalities.Maintain campaign reporting and operational processes to ensure flawless execution and internal visibility.Support the Casino ATL Promotion Lead Specialist in identifying new promotional opportunities and improving campaign effectivenessPerform market benchmarks to monitor market competitors.Support to analyze campaign performance using key KPIs (e.g. take-up rate, incremental turnover, ROI), and support to provide actionable insights to optimize promotional spend.
Requirements
Education: Degree or Master's in Marketing, Economics, Statistics, or Digital Communication.Analytical Mindset: a passion for numbers and ability to turn data into actionable marketing insightsTools: Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Power Point.Soft Skills: Curiosity about the iGaming industry, attention to detail, proactivity, and a desire to learn in a fast-paced environmentLanguages: fluent in both Italian and English.
