Cbs coach - lean manufacturing manager

Ph3Job Description /h3 pWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced CBS Coach - Lean Manufacturing Manager to join our team in Lodi Vecchio, Italy. In this role, you will lead and coach our manufacturing teams in implementing lean principles and driving continuous improvement initiatives across our operations. /p ul liDevelop and implement lean manufacturing strategies aligned with our ContinentalBusiness System (CBS) principles /li liCoach and train cross‑functional teams on lean methodologies and tools to improve efficiency and productivity /li liLead process improvement projects to reduce waste, optimize workflows, and enhance overall operational performance /li liAnalyze production data and key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans /li liFacilitate kaizen events and other continuous improvement activities to drive cultural change and operational excellence /li liCollaborate with department managers to implement best practices and standardize processes across the organization /li liDevelop and maintain performance metrics to track the success of lean initiatives and report on progress to senior leadership /li liFoster a culture of continuous improvement and empower employees to contribute ideas for process enhancements /li liStay current with industry trends and emerging technologies in lean manufacturing to ensure the organization remains competitive /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liBachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field /li liLean Six Sigma Black Belt certification (preferred) /li liMinimum of 3 years of experience in lean manufacturing, with a proven track record of successful process improvement projects /li liIn‑depth knowledge of lean manufacturing principles, Six Sigma techniques, and continuous improvement methodologies /li liStrong understanding of manufacturing processes and production systems /li liExcellent project management skills with the ability to lead cross‑functional teams /li liAdvanced data analysis and problem‑solving skills /li liDemonstrated experience in coaching and training teams on lean principles and tools /li liStrong leadership abilities with a talent for motivating and inspiring others /li liExceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively present to all levels of the organization /li liProficiency in change management techniques and the ability to drive cultural transformation /li /ul h3Company Description /h3 pContinental develops pioneering technologies and services for the sustainable and connected mobility of people and their goods.
