Scope of Responsibilities:
You will:
Have significant responsibility in assisting the Director of Competition Law with designing, implementing, and managing Accenture's global competition law program, including issues related to teaming arrangements, mergers & acquisitions, joint ventures, employment, procurement, and data management. Serve as one of Accenture's legal subject matter experts on competition laws by:
* Providing advice to businesses and legal professionals regarding compliance with competition laws;
* Designing tools, policies, and materials to enhance global compliance efforts; and
* Developing and conducting training on competition law issues.
Collaborate with Legal M&A colleagues to identify, analyze, and mitigate antitrust issues and coordinate merger control filings worldwide, including responding to government inquiries.
