Your opportunity
Join our Business Transformation PMO team, where you will play a pivotal role in driving our organization's transformation initiatives. You will oversee a diverse portfolio of business transformation projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and meet the required quality standards. In this exciting role, you will champion project management best practices, providing expert guidance and support to project managers while fostering a collaborative environment. Your strategic insight will be crucial in aligning our projects with the organization's overarching goals, making a tangible impact on our success.
Your Mission
- Develop and maintain project management methodologies, standards, and tools
- Oversee project portfolio management process to select, prioritize, and manage projects
- Track project progress and performance to ensure alignment with objectives.
- Ensure preparation for key meetings; proactively identify and address potential needs, issues, and risks before they escalate
- Interact with project stakeholders and ensure effective communication between stakeholders and project teams
- Oversee project risk management and facilitate risk mitigation strategies
- Ensure maintenance of all project documentation and records for auditing purposes
- Provide project management training and mentoring to project managers and team members
- Conduct project reviews to assess outcomes, identify lessons learned, and make recommendations for future projects
Your Profile
The ideal candidate will possess 2 to 5 years of experience in managing cross-functional or international business projects, demonstrating a solid foundation in strategic planning, risk management, and change management.
A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field is essential, while a Master’s degree or PMP certification will be viewed favorably.
The successful applicant will exhibit strong leadership and organizational skills, coupled with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficiency in project management software and tools is required, along with the capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Additionally, the candidate should possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, enabling them to navigate complex challenges effectively.
