About the role: Reporting to the CBL MMS, the BU Assistant has the role of supporting both the CBL and the Marketing Manager and the Team in Marketing activities related to the involvement of health professionals in the organization of events and BU logistics. Main responsibilities will include: - To manage the new HCP / HCO compliance system, in order to align with the rules required by the Global Standards for the Interactions with Healthcare Professionals, Healthcare Organizations and Government Officials for BD MMS events. - Interaction with Congress Provider to generate all documents required by the Global Standard as Contracts, Proof of execution and retention of material for the appropriate period of time (at least 7 years) - On-site visit of reference sites for BD congresses and events. - Prepare and update the Calendar containing all the information relating to events, conferences and training courses BD MMS - Support in the translation of Marketing material - Support to the Marketing Manager monitoring of Marketing expenses, analysis of monthly expenses and updating of files with details Why join us?: A career at BD means being part of a team that values your opinions and contributions and that empowers you to bring your authentic self to work.
