Ph3Middle Service Commissioning Engineer /h3 pThe Service Commissioning Engineer maintains, calibrates and repairs AVL products, usually on the customer’s site. The engineer delivers professional and customer‑oriented services according to defined processes and contributes to continuous improvement of products and services by providing feedback (CESAR, FSM reports, 8D‑Reports, service reports) and escalation of quality issues to quality/business units. /p h3YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES /h3 ul liContribute to customer satisfaction by reliably performing tasks with guidance and clear communication /li liSupport profitability by applying standard procedures efficiently /li liAssist in growing the service business by forwarding information on cross‑selling potential /li liHelp strengthen AVL’s market position by following instructions carefully and providing structured feedback /li liPrepare and support the preparation of own activities under guidance /li liCheck system installations and safety chains following defined instructions /li liPerform calibration of measurement chains and preventive or corrective maintenance as instructed /li liDocument results using predefined templates and archive system settings with support /li liSupport handover of system to the customer together with project leader /li liDocument executed tasks in CESAR or FSM with guidance /li liReport observed quality issues to support future improvements /li liAssist in analyzing and handling customer requests under supervision /li liProvide basic feedback on customer and product observations /li liExecute tasks according to training and available documents /li /ul h3YOUR PROFILE /h3 pTechnical high school diploma in Mechanical, Mechatronics, or Electronics. /p ul li5-6 years of relevant professional experience /li liWillingness to travel up to a maximum of 70 % per year /li liEnglish language skills (from good to advanced) /li liHigh quality awareness and adequate execution exactness as well as troubleshooting and analytic skills /li /ul h3NICE TO HAVE /h3 ul liExperience in installation and software upgrade of AVL tools such as PUMA, CAMEO, INDICOM, and CONCERTO /li liFamiliarity with creation and management of e‑cases within service processes /li liProactive mindset with the ability to efficiently manage tasks and unforeseen issues /li liBasic understanding of communication and networking protocols in automotive/test environments /li liKnowledge of ASAM/ASAP standards is considered an advantage /li liBasic understanding of server systems /li /ul pLocation: Cavriago, IT; Robassomero, IT; Torino, IT /p pJob Function: Global Customer Services Engineering /p pContract Type: Permanent /p pJob ID: 39238 /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
