This role focuses on developing, managing, and optimizing high-quality content to effectively communicate our brand's vision, engage our target audiences, and support our business goals across the European market.
Key Responsibilities:
* Create, edit, and optimize written and multimedia content for various channels: OOH, websites, social media advertising, email campaigns.
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure content aligns with branding guidelines and regional strategies.
* Utilize AI tools for fast and effective content creation.
* Adapt global content for European audiences, maintaining cultural relevance and consistency in tone and messaging.
* Conduct market research to identify key trends.
* Track and analyze content performance metrics to refine strategies and ensure content effectiveness.
* Manage content calendars and ensure timely delivery of campaigns and projects.
* Guarantee message consistency across touchpoints during product launches.
Skills, Qualifications, and Experience Required:
* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
* Proven experience (5 years) as a Content Specialist, Content Writer, or similar role in the European market. Experience in automotive is a plus.
* Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills with an eye for detail.
* Proven ability to use AI tools.
* Strong copywriting skills.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
* Multilingual skills are a plus (especially in major European languages such as German, French, Spanish, or Italian).
