For the strengthening of its local structure, it has asked us to search for the following professional figure:
RISK OFFICE MANAGER / RESPONSABILE GESTIONE RISCHI / CRO / CHIEF RISK OFFICER / RISK MANAGER / HEAD OF RISK
The ideal candidate is a professional with at least 5 years of experience in a similar role within the banking, financial, or risk management sectors. The role will be responsible for defining and implementing the risk management framework and will manage a team of two. This is a strategic position with direct exposure to top management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and update risk management policies and procedures.
- Monitor and report on key company risks.
- Coordinate daily activities of the Risk team.
- Support risk assessment for new projects and initiatives.
- Liaise with internal functions and supervisory authorities.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in Risk Management or related fields.
- Knowledge of regulatory frameworks and risk assessment tools.
- Degree in Economics, Finance, or other quantitative disciplines.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Fluent in Italian and English.
- Extensive experience in banking and financial markets
