The role provides full construction oversight during fabrication, installation, pre-commissioning, and handover, coordinating closely with engineering, procurement, HSE, quality, and interface teams to ensure that all construction activities align with project plans, specifications, and contractual requirements. /ppbr/ppbGeneral Description of Role and Responsibilities (but not limited to): /b /ppbConstruction Planning and Control /b /pp• Develop and implement the Project Construction Execution Plan in line with project objectives. /pp• Define construction work sequences, resource plans, and site execution priorities. /pp• Review contractor construction methodologies, lifting plans, and installation procedures. /ppbSite Management and Supervision /b /pp• Lead day-to-day oversight of construction activities at site, fabrication yard, and offshore locations. /pp• Ensure contractors comply with approved drawings, specifications, and project standards. /pp• Monitor progress, productivity, and manpower levels across all work fronts. /ppbHSE and Quality Compliance /b /pp• Promote a strong safety culture and ensure adherence to project HSE requirements. /pp• Verify implementation of project quality plans, inspection test plans, and construction checklists. /pp• Support audits, site inspections, and surveillance activities. /ppbTechnical and Engineering Coordination /b /pp• Work with engineering and interface teams to resolve construction-related technical issues. /pp• Review construction deliverables and support resolution of design queries, RFIs, and site clarifications. /pp• Ensure engineering changes are communicated and implemented in the field. /ppbContractor and Stakeholder Coordination /b /pp• Chair regular construction coordination meetings with EPC/EPCIC contractors and subcontractors. /pp• Monitor contractor performance and escalate schedule or quality concerns where required. /pp• Coordinate with operations, commissioning, and third-party stakeholders for construction-related interfaces. /ppbSchedule, Progress, and Reporting /b /pp• Track construction milestones and critical path activities with the project planning team. /pp• Verify contractor progress measurement and certify completed works. /pp• Provide weekly and monthly construction status reports to the Project Manager. /ppbReadiness, Pre-commissioning, and Handover /b /pp• Ensure walkdowns, punch lists, and system completions follow project processes. /pp• Support pre-commissioning and mechanical completion activities. /pp• Confirm all construction dossiers and as-built documentation are finalised before handover. /ppbr/ppbKey Deliverables /b /pp• Project Construction Execution Plan /pp• Weekly and monthly construction progress reports /pp• Verified progress measurements and milestone achievement records /pp• Construction quality and HSE compliance reports /pp• Construction completion certificates and handover dossiers /ppbr/ppbQualifications, Experience, Knowledge, and Skills /b /pp• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or related discipline). /pp• 12+ years’ experience in oil and gas construction management, including yard and site execution. /pp• Proven background in EPC/EPCIC projects with exposure to offshore structures, subsea systems, and onshore facilities. /pp• Strong understanding of construction methods, fabrication, installation, and mechanical completion processes. /pp• Experience managing construction contractors on large multi-package projects. /pp• Solid knowledge of project HSE, quality requirements, lifting operations, and heavy construction activities. /pp• Familiarity with construction management tools, reporting systems, and work-pack-based execution. /pp• Offshore survival and HSE training certifications are an advantage. /p
