What will be your mission?
As a Reservations and Event Specialist
* Record all details of incoming calls and coordinate reservations to ensure guest satisfaction.
* Support the Reservation Manager in driving the performance of the reservations team on property.
* Ensure adherence to SOPs.
* Maintain and improve reservations operations for accuracy, revenue maximization, and guest satisfaction.
* Monitor daily arrivals and guest requests.
* Manage inventory, allotments, group blocks, and rate codes in applicable systems.
* Assist the Revenue Manager in maximizing sales through distribution channels like IBE, GDS, Tour Operators, and others.
Support for Events
* Manage group and event bookings from confirmation to post-event feedback.
* Support site inspections and contribute to event success, ensuring guest satisfaction.
* Oversee event logistics and related administrative activities, including billing.
* Coordinate involved departments (Front Office, F&B, etc.).
Internal Communication
* Manage internal digital communication.
