Master minds in natural resources development and storage

We are looking for young graduates in Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, Geology and Geophysics, interested in attending the 2nd level Specializing Master MiNDS’ programme in Natural Resources Development and Storage realized by Eni in partnership with Politecnico di Torino, with the aim of providing a strategic, medium and long‑term vision of the Energy sector, and specializing in topics related to innovative technology and cutting‑edge digital solutions to be applied in the traditional energy sector to promote the energy transition. Through the acquisition of integrated technical skills (energy storage, CCUS, geothermal energy, circular economy and sustainability, digitalization, etc.) to be combined with the traditional skills model of the Energy sector, we intend to encourage the entry into the job market of highly qualified young people who are able to make an immediate contribution through the application of the knowledge acquired. The Program includes 8 months of classroom at Politecnico di Torino (with lessons by Eni/Politecnico di Torino) + 4 months of internship at Eni.

Eni offers to all participants a monthly scholarship of € 1,500. The Specializing Master’s program is intended for candidates with the following requirements:

• Master of science degree in Energy and Nuclear, Aerospace and Astronautical, Civil, Chemical, Electric, Electronic, Mechanical and Environmental Engineering, Computer Engineering, Mathematical‑Physics Modelling for Industrial Engineering; Materials Science and Engineering; Physics; Mathematics; Geological and Geophysical Sciences, awarded within December 31, 2026
  
• Final mark no lower than 100/110 or equivalent
  
• Not having turned 28 years old on December 31, 2026
  
• Excellent knowledge of English which will be assessed during the selection process (for non‑Italian candidates a good knowledge of the Italian language is considered an essential prerequisite for the admission. xjrgpwk Eni will assess the candidate’s level of proficiency during the interview).

Lectures will be held in English on Politecnico di Torino premises, starting in January 2027.
