Key Account Manager E-commerce

is a dynamic role that requires a results-oriented professional to manage and grow key accounts on the online channel. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing strong and lasting relationships with clients, deeply understanding their business goals, and creating effective e-commerce strategies to achieve those goals.

**Responsibilities:**
* Manage and develop relationships with key e-commerce clients.
* Identify growth opportunities and implement strategies to increase online sales.
* Monitor client performance and provide detailed analysis and reports.
* Collaborate with internal teams to create an efficient e-trade plan to ensure customer satisfaction and the achievement of sales goals.
* Negotiate contracts and commercial agreements with clients.
* Plan and execute an optimized Amazon Advertising Plan.
* Use e-commerce analytics tools to monitor performance (KPIs such as conversion rate, AOV, traffic, etc.).
* Prepare detailed reports and presentations for clients and internal management.



This position requires a strong understanding of the e-commerce landscape, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and proven experience in managing complex accounts. If you have the ability to build and maintain effective professional relationships at all levels, analytical mindset, and ability to interpret e-commerce data and metrics, then this could be the role for you.



Requirements:

* Degree in economics, marketing, or a related field.
* Proven experience of at least 5-7 years as a Key Account Manager or similar role in the e-commerce sector.
* Experience in Beauty Industry.
* Strong knowledge of the Italian and international e-commerce landscape, online sales platforms, digital marketing strategies, and market dynamics.
* Results-oriented with the ability to work independently.
* Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
* Ability to build and maintain effective professional relationships at all levels.
* Analytical mindset and ability to interpret e-commerce data and metrics.
* Familiarity with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
* Excellent knowledge of English (both written and spoken).
* Proficiency in using CRM software and other account management tools.
