About the Role
We are currently seeking a Graphic Designer to join our creative team in Rapallo. Are you looking for a dynamic and varied challenge within a motivated team?
Responsibilities
- Execute strategic briefs into compelling visual assets.
- Overseeing all design elements, from the concept to the final delivery.
- Reviewing the work of junior designers to give guidance and feedback.
- Work closely with Graphic Designer Team Manager, to define ideas, concepts and priorities.
- Manage the entire design lifecycle, from interpreting briefs to final product.
- Elevate the overall visual identity of a brand, ensuring visual consistency of the Brand’s identity across all touchpoints.
- Develop original, high-impact concepts for B2B communication and branding.
Qualifications
- Enthusiasm, curiosity and the desire to expand new knowledge.
- Having hands-on experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop and Indesign above all).
- Experience in managing projects autonomously.
- Deep knowledge of typography, color theory and layout.
Required Skills
- Photography and videography skills are considered as a plus.
- Athletic/Sports oriented mindset will be helpful.
