Joining us means joining a truly global community of more than b75,000 /b people dedicated to solving real-world mobility challenges and achieving international projects with sustainable local impact. /ppbuPurpose of the job /u /b /ppThe Industrialization Engineer is responsible for industrializing the maintenance, renovation/modernisation, and warranty activities to ensure the delivery of maintenance and production objectives. /ppbuResponsibilities /u /b /pulliAnalyze requirements in the maintenance plan. /liliDraft and validate process documentation (Standard Operation Sheet). /liliIdentify necessary tools and materials, from technical specifications to field validation. /liliOrganize layout (facilities, workstations, flow of materials/people, number of operators, civil works). /liliValidate the optimal strategy with the project team to maximize production resource utilization. /liliOrganize maintenance activities in line with Alstom standards (sequence, cycle time, delivery, packaging, ergonomics, skills, EHS, quality). /liliManage documentation on SAP Railsys (task list, materials, tools). /liliValidate processes on the field with the operations team. /liliManage suppliers for main equipment creation. /liliAnalyze and implement actions to improve project performance. /liliRespect budget constraints. /liliDevelop business cases for investment evaluation and Make or Buy strategies. /li /ulpbuRequirements /u /b /pp2 to 5 years’ experience, preferably in the railway industry within an international organization. /ppAbility to read schematics and drawings. /ppExperience in Methods Engineering, writing and improving manufacturing/maintenance instructions, line balancing, Lean Manufacturing. /ppExperience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP) for Bill of Materials, Routings, Configuration follow-up. /ppKnowledge of Quality and Health Safety standards and systems. /ppProven ability to innovate and manage change. /ppExcellent teamwork and stakeholder engagement skills. /ppStrong organizational and planning skills. /ppWillingness to learn and grow. /ppFluent in English and Italian. /ppOur culture is agile, inclusive, and responsible, offering diverse opportunities for growth, learning, and career advancement.
