The Team Leader will play a pivotal role in driving sales performance, fostering team collaboration, and ensuring exceptional customer service.brbHow You'll Create Impact /bbrbPrincipal Duties and Responsibilities: /bbrbTeam Support and Leadership: /bbrulliAct as the primary point of contact for Inside Sales Representatives, offering guidance, coaching, and support to achieve individual and team sales targets. /liliCollaborate with the Regional Sales Manager to establish clear objectives and ensure alignment with company goals. /liliMotivate and inspire the team to maintain a high-performance culture. /li /ulbrbSales Performance: /bbrulliMonitor and evaluate sales metrics, pipeline activity, and quota attainment for the team. /liliProvide ongoing feedback and implement strategies to improve performance where needed. /liliAssist in the development of sales campaigns and initiatives tailored to the orthopaedic market and country(ies) within your scope. /li /ulbrbOperational Oversight: /bbrulliFacilitate daily team huddles and coordinate workload distribution among representatives. /liliCollaborate with cross-functional teams, such as marketing and customer service, to address client needs and opportunities. /liliOversee CRM usage to ensure accurate reporting, pipeline management, and adherence to sales processes. /li /ulbrbTraining and Development: /bbrulliProvide mentorship and training for new and existing team members on products, sales techniques, and orthopaedic market trends. /liliIdentify skill gaps and recommend tailored training opportunities. /liliConduct shadowing sessions and role-playing exercises to enhance sales effectiveness. /li /ulbrbCustomer Relationship Management: /bbrulliSupport the team in managing relationships with key orthopaedic accounts, surgeons, and healthcare professionals. /liliEnsure timely and effective follow-up on leads and customer inquiries. /li /ulbrbReporting and Communication: /bbrulliPrepare and present regular performance reports and updates to the Inside Sales Leader as well as various Leadership Teams and your Regional Sales Manager peers. /liliCommunicate key updates, feedback, and action plans to the team. /li /ulbrbWhat Makes You Stand Out /bbrulliSales team leadership, coaching experience, motivation to build up and develop an Inside Sales team /liliStrong analytical understanding to drive performance and customer understanding /liliExcellent communication, oral and written skills /liliStrong familiarity with digital channels, excellent inside selling process experience using sales tools (e.g., Salesforce, analytics reporting, etc.) /liliRemote sales, remote sales methodologies, social selling. /liliPreferred: Knowledge related to medical devices/orthopaedics /li /ul- Key products and servicesbr- Key stakeholders (hospitals, physicians, purchasing groups, etc.brbYour Background /bbrulliMinimum of 3 years in inside sales, preferably within the medical device or orthopaedic industry. /liliMinimum 2 years in an inside sales leadership role with matrix management /liliLanguage: Fluent in English and French /li /ulbrbTravel Expectations /bbrulli15 - 20% /liliPunctual travel to various countries in Europe according to business needs (i.e.: leadership and team meetings, company events etc.) /liliRole location: bLyon /b /li /ulbrEOE/M/F/Vet/Disability /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
