This role holds direct accountability for driving digital standardization and ensuring effective delivery at a global scale (including Web Operations, media campaigns, and social media operations). The person acts as the primary interface between markets and all Digital Operations streams, serving as the main point of contact for both internal stakeholders and clients.5+ years in client services or project management, with a proven track record in digital and data-driven marketing projects and/or operations (mostly WEB OPS, CRM)~ Agile program management preferred but not essential.~ Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (C1/C2 or native level) and Italian.
